The OUTPUT-Award is offered to innovative projects of members of the Computer Science faculty of the Dresden Technical University. The jury consists of industry representatives from Saxony as well as academics. Five projects were selected for the final presentation round. The criteria for the winning project were scientific potential, students contributions, commercial potential and visibility. GoPubMed was selected the winning project. GoPubMed is a semantic search engine using background knowledge to help answering biomedical questions.

FutureSax

The jury of the futuresax event "Durchstarten mit Risikokapital" (lift off with venture capital) honours the transinsight team as winner due to the most promising commercial and investment concept and the best presentation.
